An Inside Look at Zeno’s Modern Office Space

These days, the culture of the office can be just as big as a factor in your job happiness as the job responsibilities themselves. One clue into the office culture is the the environment in which everyone works. When the environment is open, fun, and collaborative, the job will be, too.

Zeno understands that, and with our recent move to a new location we’re looking forward to revamping our office. In the coming months, we’ll transform into a beautiful, modern workspace. Here’s a sneak peek at just a few of the things you’ll find in the new space.

On average, a person gets interrupted every 11 minutes and it can take up to 23 minutes to get back on track. With these stats in mind, do you ever wish you could crawl up and disappear to finally get some work done?

Not our team. Zeno’s new cocoons encourage employees to focus, avoid distraction, and tune out everyday interruptions for heads down time.

Break Room Games

After our employees have had a chance to focus and work, it’s time to take a break. They can now head to Zeno’s break room where they’ll find games like table shuffleboard and foosball. Breaks are actually good for productivity and happiness – they keep employees focused, give the brain a rest, and let everyone get more done.

Collaborative Tables

Speaking of the break room, our employees also find high top tables with stools and bar tables where they can eat, hangout, or collaborate with others. These tables give them a chance to get away from their desk, out of the meeting rooms, and talk with other Zeno employees in a creative environment.

Open Offices

No more cubicles, no more being secluded in a tiny office. Our employees will now work in a large open space right alongside everyone from sales to customer service to the c-suite. The open atmosphere will encourage our employees to walk over to those they need to speak to, talk openly about news ideas, and let the energy flow throughout the room.
